Right to information (RTI) is a fundamental right sanctioned by the constitution of India . Understanding the importance of information , students are guided by a dedicated team of dynamic teachers to collect information both inside and outside the country which is presented through ‘News Board ‘.

This helps the students get updated theirknowledge on contemporary events / issues happeningall-around.

GENERAL RULES

• Parents are requested to cooperate with the School in its development as well as for the interest of their ward(s)
• Parents must take part in the functions &meetings arranged by the school
• It is obligatory for parents to sign the diary of their ward to keep a trace of the progress of their wards(s)
• It is obligatory for parents to bring the identity card of their wards when they come to collect their wards from the school. The Identity card is valid for one year
• It is obligatory for parents to submit leave application of their ward(s) to the respective class teacher
• Parents may enquire about the progress of the ward(s) from time to time with prior permission from the principal
• Parents are requested to co-operate with the school to maintain discipline in their ward(s) so that they become well behaved and disciplined

BEYOND THE CLASSES

To nurture the latent talents of the students Vaishno Devi Academy (High School) offers a work range of extra-curricular activities.  Music, Dance, Art & Craft  have been incorporated in the curriculum.  Inter class, Inter house, Inter School competitions are a part and parcel of our curriculum.  Excursions and picnics exhibitions are also organized by the school.

COMPETITIONS

The students of our school participated Kabaddi Competition named “BENGAL WARRIORS’ organized by TTIS, and it participates in Inter-School quiz competition, Music competition, seminars organized by different schools and organizations.
